Johan is a Partner in our Disputes Resolution Department.

He specialises in handling complex disputes and represents clients in the High Court, Magistrate’s Court, and alternative dispute resolution methods. His practice spans multiple areas, including family law, assisting clients with matters such as divorce, custody, and maintenance.

In addition to his litigation expertise, Johan has significant experience in labour law. He advises and represents clients in employment disputes, workplace disciplinary proceedings, and labour litigation.
